Because we understand and cover the entire recruitment cycle for each assignment, to optimise efficiency, time and cost, many organisations outsource some / all of these activities to us to process data already available with them.
The activities include:
- Screening CVs as per agreed parameters to draw up a paper shortlist.
- Tele – interviews of potentially suitable candidates to understand skill sets, core competencies, exposure, aspirations etc and confirm suitability, interest and availability.
- Forwarding CVs short listed with assessment details and a tracker.
- Organising interviews and providing support till final selection – query handling, reference checks if requested, support in salary negotiation where required, acceptance of offer.
- Hand holding and follow up till 6 weeks after the joining date to confirm seriousness and long term intent as far as possible.
Dependant on the level and specialisation of the position, number of CVs and the scope of the assignment.
