This opening is with a very well established  Engineering Company M/s. Tratec Engineers Pvt. Ltd. This 20 years old Engineering / Manufacturing Organization, Designing and manufacturing the complete range of TRAILERS mainly for the Transport, Infrastructure and Defence Industries.

The Company has a strong Design / R & D Centre and manufactures Trailers- Standard, Simple Flat Beds, Hydraulic Modular Trailers for over dimensional  / Super heavy payloads.

Tratec Engineers has 2 Plants – R & D / Production Plant at Bhondsi (300 employees) and new Plant at Bawal (150 employee). Turnover of the Company is over 100 crores.

With the new Plant at Bawal the Company can grown to over 300 crores in the next few years. Because of the increase in capacity and a new Plant – the Company requires a key professionals at Bhondsi.

Job Details: As a part of its recruitment exercise the Company is looking for an excellent Operations , Manufacturing Head, reporting to the Technical Director, to look after their Plant at Bhondsi. This assignment will be responsible for all manufacturing activities- Fabrication, Welding, Machining, Assembly, Planning, Interaction with the Sales, Design Departments. Total Operations Manufacturing activities of the Bhondsi Plant- 300 employees.

The candidate will be responsible for improving Production processes, Productivity, Quality and on time delivery. Exposure to Fabrication, Welding , Workshop , Assembly will be preferred.

Excellent Planning, Technical and Man Management skills are essential.

Salary, level and designation will depend upon qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
