Execution of Companys Sales Targets for designated key Accounts:
a) Responsible for the sales to designated customers and monitoring.
b) Achieves the revenue and profitability quotas.
c) To achieve collection targets for payments and other statutory forms.
d) Achieving all price increase request as required by the company.
e) To explore new business opportunity & segments within designated accounts.
f) To monitor activities and strategies of competitors and formulate strategies to counter them.
g) Responsible for tracking customer information, pipelines, forecasts and reports.
h) To provide periodic and need based reports to RSM.
Leadership & Team Management:
a) Handling team grievances.
b) Constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements.
c) Sharing technical and sales experiences with rest of the sales team to enhance team productivity.
Developing relationship with Customers:
a) Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business, interviewing key customer personnel
identifying and evaluating additional needs, analyzing opportunities.
b) Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential and scheduling appointments.
c) To act as a single window for handling customer issues and grievances.
d) Making and submitting proposals, showing customers the benefit of using the companys product.
e) Planning conducting and monitoring trials at customer end.
f) Negotiating prices and business volume with customers.
g) To meet regularly all of companies key customers to gauge their satisfaction.
h) To communicate all of companys developments, policies to customers.
i) Ensure proper distribution of gifts and souvenirs as allotted by the company time to time.
Conducting Promotional events and Campaigns:
j) Ensuring maximum participation of customer key personnel in seminars and presentations held by the company.
